What you'll do
E-commerce Operations & Campaign Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of online campaigns across LG.com.
- Set up and maintain promotional mechanics including coupons, bundles, add-on deals, smart packs, and platform-specific promotions.
- Coordinate with Marketing teams to ensure campaign readiness and timely execution.
- Support livestreaming and e-promoter promotional activities.
Product & Pricing Management
- Create and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms and website systems.
- Register new products and manage product segmentation.
- Maintain price registers and promotional pricing structures.
- Configure installment payment programs and platform-specific pricing.
Inventory & Order Operations
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock allocation.
- Manage stock replenishment and pre-order configurations.
- Coordinate replacement orders and special order requests.
- Ensure product availability during key campaigns and peak sales periods.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and business reviews.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance.
- Support demand forecasting activities and update forecast assumptions.
- Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Customer Service, Finance, and external partners.
- Coordinate issue resolution related to pricing, promotions, product setup, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure operational processes comply with company standards and platform requirements.
What you must have
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce in brand.com.
- Strong Excel and Data analysis skills. - Excellent project management and coordination abilities
