HerSonders is a growing women's fashion e-commerce brand seeking an E-commerce Operations Executive (Retail & Social Commerce) to support daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, LINE Official, Direct Orders, and Shopify.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role designed for early-career professionals who want real exposure to retail operations, fulfillment management, and social commerce execution while working directly with leadership.
Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations
- Manage daily order processing across all online platforms
- Respond to customer inquiries in Thai and English
- Ensure timely fulfillment and accurate dispatch
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments
Inventory Management
- Conduct monthly stock counts
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
- Support restocking coordination
- Manage product dispatch for customers, influencers, and samples
Social Commerce & Influencer Support
- Coordinate influencer/KOL shipments and tracking
- Post Instagram Stories using brand-provided assets
- Support shoots, livestreams, and promotional campaigns
Work Schedule
- 5 working days per week (retail schedule; weekends rotated as needed)
- Onsite working hours: 1:00 PM 6:00 PM
- Occasional evening response to urgent customer inquiries may be required
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates welcome
- 01 year experience in e-commerce, retail, or operations preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and accountable
- Ability to communicate with customers in both Thai and English (written communication required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 20,000 THB per month
- Social Security (SSO)
- Annual leave as per Thai Labor Law
- Performance-based bonus eligibility after 1 year
