Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily sales performance, pricing accuracy, promotions, and customer service quality across all platforms.
  • Act as the key escalation point for operational issues, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve problems effectively.
  • Lead weekly performance reviews, track KPIs (sales, AOV, order volume, customer response, complaints), and set short-term targets.
  • Analyze sales data and campaign performance to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement actions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries for management.
  • Review campaign and promotion effectiveness and plan future initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coach, evaluate, and develop team members to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, food delivery, or retail operations.
  • Strong experience managing 3rd Party platforms and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management capability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good command of English communication skills.
