Job Overview

The E-Commerce Sales Executive is responsible for driving online sales performance across all digital channels for TP-Link products. This role manages e-commerce platforms, campaigns, live streaming, and online merchandising to ensure sustainable growth, strong brand presence, and excellent customer experience focus on Lazada and TikTok.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets 2 platforms are Lazada and TikTok.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including marketplaces ( Lazada, TikTok, Line Shopping or etc.) and brand-owned channels.
  • Plan and oversee live streaming activities to increase engagement and sales.
  • Lead online campaigns, promotions, and product launches aligned with brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Track and analyze key metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, customer behavior, campaign performance).
  • Prepare performance reports and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams for effective execution.
  • Develop collaborations with brands, partners, and influencers to expand online reach.
  • Identify new tools, platforms, and opportunities to enhance online performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related fields.
  • 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in IT business or retail.
  • Familiar with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify, etc.).
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, and Excel or etc.
  • Good English communication skills (preferred).
