SKARCH [Skin Architect] is a premium beauty probiotic brand built for people who care deeply about skin health, gut balance, and long-term results and wellness living. We operate as a digital-first, e-commerceonly brand, selling across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and LINE MyShop. We are a small company but is now at a high growth stage.

We're looking for someone who thinks in numbers, loves marketplaces, and enjoys building growth from focusnot chaos.

Scope of Work

You will:

  • Take ownership of sales growth on platforms like TikTok and Shopee
  • Loves turning ideas into real revenue and scaling with the brand
  • Own and drive sales performance across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and LINE MyShop
  • Develop pricing, product bundles, and promotional strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Work closely with the Ads / Media Buying team to improve ROAS and overall sales performance
  • Track, analyze, and optimize key metrics including AOV, margin, CAC, and ad efficiency
  • Stay up to date with platform algorithms, tools, and promotional mechanics across each marketplace
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve overall business effectiveness

We're Looking for Someone Who:
  • Has at least 1 year of experience in E-commerce or Marketplace operations i.e TikTok, Shopee
  • Is comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
  • Makes decisions based on performance metrics and numbers
  • Enjoys testing, optimizing, and scaling what actually works
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment quick learner, quick grower
