We are seeking a highly driven and strategic E-commerce Senior Manager to lead and accelerate our online business growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies, driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability, and managing overall online business performance. The ideal candidate will act as a key business partner to the Director by providing strategic insights, controlling spending efficiency, and ensuring sustainable business growth across all online channels.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term e-commerce strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces, D2C platforms, social commerce, and emerging digital channels.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to formulate business strategies.
- Drive revenue, market share, and profitability growth through data-driven decision-making.
Commercial & Financial Management
- Manage and monitor e-commerce P&L to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Control marketing and operational spending to maximize ROI and business efficiency.
- Prepare sales forecasts, annual budgets, and monthly business reviews.
- Analyze business performance and recommend corrective actions to improve margins and profitability.
- Support Director in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization
- Collaborate with Marketing team to optimize traffic acquisition, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Monitor key performance metrics including Sales, ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, AOV, and Profit Margin.
- Lead promotional planning, pricing strategy, and campaign effectiveness analysis.
- Ensure efficient utilization of media and promotion budgets.
Marketplace & Channel Management
- Oversee performance across major e-commerce platforms and online channels.
- Build strong relationships with platform partners and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and maximize platform opportunities.
Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead and develop the e-commerce team to achieve business objectives.
- Work cross functional with Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand and Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Present business performance, strategic recommendations, and action plans to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Commerce, Online Sales, or related commercial functions.
- Proven track record in driving online sales growth and managing e-commerce P&L.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Ability to develop business strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, or Marketplace business is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
