Job Purpose/Overview
The E2E Activity Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end project and activity management excellence across SEA and affiliates. This role leads cross-functional teams to deliver innovation, renovation, and process improvement projects aligned with strategic business objectives. The position requires strong stakeholder management, process governance, and the ability to influence without direct authority. The E2E Activity Manager ensures flawless project execution, continuous improvement, and consolidation of activity management across factories and markets to support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Process Management
- Lead project management for innovation, renovation, and process improvement activities from ideation through implementation, ensuring alignment with business strategy and critical success factors.
- Design, deploy, and monitor process continuous improvement (CI) plans and roadmaps in partnership with global and OE teams.
- Ensure adherence to QuEST process governance and drive Right First Time decision-making.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality, providing regular updates and escalation as needed.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, R&D, Factory, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure project success.
- Lead portfolio planning and tracking, including pipeline sufficiency and project prioritization for Asia.
Activity Consolidation & Governance
- Act as the functional expert for governance and process queries for SEA.
- Facilitate periodic forums and meetings to cascade global CI plans, share best practices, and align activities.
- Consolidate activity management inputs for regional scorecards and track high/medium risk projects.
- Train and coach Activity Managers on processes, tools, and governance standards.
- Lead and support factory activity management teams to ensure on-time project delivery and quality outcomes.
Data & Insights
- Analyze project and portfolio data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Track process KPIs and project performance, refreshing guardrails and governance annually.
- Improve data management practices to enhance project tracking and reporting accuracy.

- Operates in a complex, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment.
- Requires a self-starter with strong prioritization skills and the ability to work independently.
- Acts as a key liaison between factory stakeholders, OE teams, and global collaborators.
- Must thrive under pressure, demonstrating ownership, urgency, and a positive, action-oriented attitude.
- Manages multiple projects and stakeholders across diverse markets.
Job Specifications/Qualifications
- MBA preferred with experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, or Process Implementation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project and activity management within a cross-functional, multi-national environment.
- Proven track record in managing innovation, renovation, and process improvement projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Prior experience in leading teams.
