Ecommerce Assistant Manager

Our Jungle Resorts in Khao Sok operate three nature-focused properties Our Jungle House, Our Jungle Camp Eco-Resort and Lost Horizon Resort, offering more than 63 nature-based accommodations and over 25 years of experience in sustainable tourism in Khao Sok, Surat Thani Province.
We are seeking an Ecommerce Assistant Manager to join our team in a dynamic multi-resort environment. This full-time onsite role in Khao Sok supports digital sales, marketing initiatives, distribution systems, reporting, and brand communication across our properties.
Key Responsibilities
Implement pricing and allotment strategies across OTAs and direct booking channels
Support digital marketing initiatives, social media coordination, and collaboration with content creators
Ensure accurate brand content, photos, and promotional information across all sales channels
Assist with management of hospitality systems (PMS, OTA platforms, POS, Google Workspace)
Implement SOPs to improve system workflows and automated reservation processes
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and guest satisfaction
Assist with B2B contracts and agent pricing strategies
Coordinate with reservations, reception, and management teams across multiple properties
Support day-to-day resort operations when required
Requirements
35 years experience in hotel front office, reservations, ecommerce, or tour operations
Strong understanding of hotel distribution systems and OTA platforms
Interest in digital marketing, online sales channels, and brand communication
Excellent Thai and English communication skills
Self-organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-property environment
Comfortable living and working onsite in a nature-based destination
