Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented E-Commerce & Marketplace Executive to drive sales growth and strengthen our online presence for Apple products across our e-commerce platforms and leading marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing promotional campaigns, optimizing product performance, and enhancing the end-to-end customer journey. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities and expand sales channels.
  • Manage product assortment, pricing strategies, and inventory levels to maximize sales performance and category growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actions to improve business results.

Campaign & Promotion Management

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional campaigns and sales activities across online platforms.
  • Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Media teams to maximize campaign visibility, engagement, and conversion.
  • Utilize data and customer insights to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience.

Operational Excellence

  • Prepare sales forecasts and develop monthly and annual activity plans to support business objectives.
  • Utilize e-commerce platform tools and marketplace features to drive sales and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and marketplace partners.
  • Monitor inventory performance and implement proactive actions to maintain healthy stock levels, secure fast-moving SKUs, and reduce aging inventory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Management, Campaign Management, or Category Management.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, technology products, or retail business is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
