Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Thailand. As a TikTok Shop / Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue through content-led commerce, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop. You will own the full funnel—from identifying winning products and crafting high-converting content, to scaling performance across organic, affiliate, and paid channels.

You will:

• Lead TikTok Shop growth by developing and executing content-driven sales strategies
• Identify winning products, hooks, and formats, and translate them into high-performing video content
• Work closely with creators, editors, and media teams to test, iterate, and scale creatives
• Manage TikTok Shop operations including product listings, campaigns, affiliates, and promotions
• Analyze performance across key metrics (GMV, CVR, CTR, ROAS) and continuously optimize for growth
• Drive both content and performance marketing efforts to maximize revenue

Qualifications

• Proven experience in TikTok Shop, social commerce, or content-driven ecommerce
• Experience working with creators, affiliates, and influencer ecosystems
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a test-and-scale mindset
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Familiarity with TikTok Seller Center, ecommerce tools, and analytics platforms
• Fluent in Thai and working proficiency in English preferred
