Job Description

Role Summary

The E-commerce Sales & Operations Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth and operational excellence across our electronics category on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop. The role spans from strategy execution to daily store operations, stock & logistics coordination, campaign & content management, performance analysis, and working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and brand teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise Official Store on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop:

store setup, product listings, category structure, content (images, descriptions, spec sheets), and merchandising.

  • Plan, execute and monitor promotional campaigns, flash sales, platform-led events and live-commerce activities tailored for mobile phone, tablet, home appliances, wearables, vacuum cleaner, TV, or security camera categories.
  • Execute to achieve KPIs (e.g., GMV, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, return rate, stockout rate, ROI on campaigns) and report performance.
  • Work with customer service, after-sales, supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock forecasting, replenishment, inbound/outbound logistics, timely order fulfilment, and minimal stock issues.
  • Analyse marketplace data (platform dashboards, seller centre metrics, competitor benchmarking) to identify growth opportunities, category gaps, pricing trends, and improvement areas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key platform account managers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), negotiate preferential placements, secure platform-incentives and collaborate on store promotion mechanics.
  • Collaborate with marketing/content teams to generate product page optimisations, SEO for marketplace (keywords, search ranking), A+ content, visuals, live-stream scripts (especially for TikTok Shop) and review/ratings management.
  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews, returns/complaints for the electronics category, work with customer service and quality teams to reduce return/reject rates and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on marketplace rules, platform feature changes, electronics market trends in Thailand, and emerging commerce formats (e.g., livestreaming, affiliate, influencer).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in platform operations / ecommerce sales in Thailand, ideally in electronics or tech/gadget category.
  • Strong understanding of Thai online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and the electronics category dynamics, knowledge of electronics products (technical specs, accessories ecosystem) is highly desirable.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data dashboards, extracting insights, generating reports, making recommendations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms simultaneously (listings, campaigns, stock, logistics, feedback).
  • Proactive, results-oriented, able to work in fast-moving ecommerce environment.
  • Strong communication skills in Thai; fluent English will be a plus.
