Job Description: Fully responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of assigned stores on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada). Achieve store sales targets, profit growth, and market share increase through comprehensive strategies including market analysis, product strategy, advertising, and campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1Data Monitoring & Analysis: Daily monitoring of key store metrics (traffic, conversion rate, sales, etc.). Conduct regular market trend and competitor analysis to inform operational strategies.

2Product Management & Optimization: Manage product uploads, listing optimization (titles, images, descriptions), and product tiering (Level A/B/C). Continuously optimize product images based on CTR data.

3Advertising & Optimization: Daily management and optimization of product keyword ads, controlling budget, target ROAS, and CPC to ensure advertising ROI.

4Campaign & Promotion Planning: Plan and execute in-store daily flash sales and platform-wide campaigns (e.g., double-day campaigns). Set up monthly promotions such as vouchers and combos.

5Inventory & Supply Chain Collaboration: Propose stock requirements monthly based on sales forecasts and campaign plans. Collaborate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Qualifications:

1College degree or above, preferably in E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

21+ years of experience operating stores on SEA platforms like Shopee/Lazada, with a good understanding of platform rules.

3Familiarity with e-commerce advertising tools and data analysis tools; data-sensitive.
