The Opportunity:

Paula's Choice SEA is looking for a highly driven Ecommerce Marketplace Campaigns Specialist to support the planning and execution of regional marketplace campaigns across Southeast Asia.

This role sits at the heart of our e-commerce growth, working closely with the Ecommerce Campaign Manager SEA to execute impactful campaigns across platforms including Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and performance-driven, with strong project management skills and a deep curiosity for marketplace trends, consumer behavior and digital commerce.

You will play a key role in bringing campaigns to life end-to-end from campaign planning and platform coordination to storefront optimization and advertising performance ensuring Paula's Choice continues to deliver best-in-class marketplace experiences across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Marketplace Campaign Execution

  • Manage day-to-day marketplace operations across key e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and TikTok Shop.
  • Plan and execute mega campaigns and daily promotions (e.g. 3.3, 6.6, 9.9, 11.11), ensuring timely campaign submissions and seamless execution across platforms.
  • Maintain and optimize product listings, pricing strategies and promotional mechanics according to each platform's requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage platform campaign tools such as vouchers, bundles, add-ons, platform traffic boosters and exclusives to maximize campaign performance.
  • Support storefront and campaign landing page optimization to drive stronger conversion during key traffic moments.
  • Monitor category trends, competitor activities and marketplace algorithm changes to inform campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketplace Key Account Managers (KAMs) to align platform initiatives, visibility opportunities and campaign participation.
  • Work with the Creative Team to develop campaign storefront assets, product visuals and promotional materials aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure inventory availability, fulfilment readiness and platform SLA compliance during campaign periods.

Social Commerce & TikTok Shop

  • Support campaign planning and execution for TikTok Shop, including promotional mechanics, bundles and platform campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support livestream and affiliate-driven campaigns during key promotional periods.
  • Monitor and analyze TikTok Shop traffic, engagement and conversion performance to identify opportunities for growth in social commerce.

Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Support the strategy and execution of marketplace advertising campaigns including Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions and affiliate programs.
  • Manage external traffic initiatives such as Meta CPAS and off-platform traffic drivers to boost campaign visibility and conversion.
  • Optimize ad performance through budget management, bid optimization, keyword strategy and creative testing.
  • Work with the regional team to evaluate ROAS, CIR and incremental sales impact of advertising investments.

Campaign Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Track campaign performance across platforms including sales, traffic, conversion and advertising performance.
  • Consolidate campaign results and cost data to evaluate ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards to provide clear performance visibility.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify key insights, optimization opportunities and best practices.
  • Continuously test, iterate and improve campaign strategies to drive stronger performance.

You possess:

  • A University degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or a related field
  • 24 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace operations or digital commerce
  • Experience managing campaigns on Shopee, Lazada and/or TikTok Shop
  • Strong understanding of marketplace campaign mechanics, platform tools and promotional strategies
  • Experience with performance marketing, marketplace ads or digital advertising is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • A strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
