Job Description

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Pricing and Promotions team and cross functional teams for execution of various campaigns and promotion setup.
Support in preparing reports and presentations related to Ecommerce operations.
Monitoring product cataloging and listing.
Uploading new products on the marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada,etc. & doing regular audits to ensure listing is correct and live on the platforms.
Identifying and correcting catalog errors
Learn the fundamentals of order processing, tracking, and fulfillment.
Collaborate with the Order Management team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Assist in resolving order-related inquiries and issues from customers and internal stakeholders.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reconciling discrepancies.
Returns and cancellations monitoring.
Work closely with various teams across Ecommerce Operations to support their initiatives.
Collaborate on projects that involve multiple functions to gain a holistic view of Ecommerce operations.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute innovative ideas.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Ecommerce within Internet industry.
You have working knowledge of Excel and working with marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee etc.
Experience within would be a strong advantage.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
Experience: 1-3 years in ecommerce operations or a related role.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai & English.
Added Advantage: Expertise working with marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee etc.
Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking abilities to address complex challenges.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to embrace new challenges and responsibilities.
