Job Description

We're a fast-growing e-commerce business looking for someone who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work directly with leadership to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with the team and external partners, and help the business run more efficiently.

This isn't a typical admin role. You'll be hands-on, involved in the business, and expected to take ownership.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the team and external partners to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Oversee and improve day-to-day business operations, processes, and workflows.
  • Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Help manage supplier and vendor relationships.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and follow-up action items.
  • Research, compile data, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in operations or executive support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset: you spot problems and fix them before anyone asks.
  • Comfort working across multiple projects and teams at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with tools like Aircall, CheckoutChamp, Excel, and Airtable is a plus.
