We're a fast-growing e-commerce business looking for someone who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work directly with leadership to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with the team and external partners, and help the business run more efficiently.
This isn't a typical admin role. You'll be hands-on, involved in the business, and expected to take ownership.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with the team and external partners to keep operations running smoothly.
- Oversee and improve day-to-day business operations, processes, and workflows.
- Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Help manage supplier and vendor relationships.
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and follow-up action items.
- Research, compile data, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in operations or executive support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset: you spot problems and fix them before anyone asks.
- Comfort working across multiple projects and teams at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with tools like Aircall, CheckoutChamp, Excel, and Airtable is a plus.
