Email Direct-Marketing (EDM) Specialist
The EDM Specialist designs, executes, and optimizes targeted email campaigns that drive customer loyalty, nurture leads, right messaging and increase conversions for a diverse portfolio of high-volume, multi-market brands.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll report to Head of Performance Marketing, where what you do and your email campaign performance will be leverage and maximize.
- You'll take charge of multiple brand's EDM campaigns and execution with full technical, content and strategy support.
- You'll do deep analysis and report of the EDM campaigns performance.
- Provide consumer insight learnt from EDM
- Feedback and advise to all stakeholders of improvement opportunities
- You'll be primary owner of EDM technical hygiene issue and will co-ordinate with the technical side to resolve challenges
- You'll analyse and report EDM performance to all the key stakeholders and proactively seek optimization opportunities
Qualification & Experience
- 3 years of experience of running EDM campaign at large scale
- Experience of using enterprise EDM platforms such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Campaign Monitor, etc.
- Expert understanding HTML/CSS template for EDM
- Good understanding of email protocols (SMTP, SPF DKIM etc)
- Up to date knowledge of latest data compliance law
