DR Pacific is looking for an Education Consultant & Admissions Executive to follow up with prospective clients, develop suitable education pathways, convert enquiries into signed clients, and manage the entire school application, visa application and enrolment process after signing.
The Company provides prospective client leads. This position does not primarily involve cold calling or sourcing new clients. However, the successful candidate must possess strong client follow-up, sales conversion, application management and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Follow-up and Conversion
- Take over prospective clients after an education consultant has completed the follow-up consultation
- Assess each student's educational background, academic goals and individual needs, and develop a suitable education pathway
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents and respond promptly to questions concerning schools, programmes, application procedures, service scope and fees
- Understand clients concerns and requirements, address their enquiries professionally, and guide them towards making informed decisions and signing up for the Company's services
- Follow up on the signing of service agreements, payment arrangements and the relevant internal handover process
- Introduce suitable study-abroad, tuition, visa and other education-related service packages according to each client's needs.
2. School Applications and Case Management
- Complete the application handover process with students and parents after they sign the service agreement
- Prepare application timelines and document checklists
- Collect, review, organise and maintain students application documents
- Complete online application forms, submit supporting documents, respond to requests for additional documents, and monitor application progress
- Communicate with school admissions departments and follow up promptly on application outcomes and related notices
- Assist students with accepting offers, paying school fees and confirming their enrolment
- Ensure that all application documents are accurate, complete and submitted by the required deadlines.
3. Visa and Enrolment Services
- Prepare, submit and follow up on Student's Pass applications and relevant accompanying-parent or dependant pass applications
- Assist clients with preparing visa documents, responding to requests for additional information and completing subsequent formalities
- Follow up on medical examinations, insurance, registration and other pre-enrolment arrangements
- Provide students and parents with regular updates on school applications and visa progress
- Manage assigned student cases from signing through to successful enrolment and completion of service delivery.
4. Partner Agent Support
- Receive and process student applications submitted by the Company's partner agents
- Review application documents and promptly inform agents of any missing or additional documents required
- Respond to agents enquiries regarding school applications, visa applications and service procedures
- Provide agents with timely updates on application progress and admission outcomes
- Support the Company in maintaining positive and professional relationships with partner agents.
5. Customer Service and Internal Coordination
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness during working hours. As a general service standard, acknowledge messages from clients or partner agents within five minutes
- Where an enquiry cannot be resolved immediately, acknowledge receipt and provide an estimated response time
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client follow-up records, application records and student files
- Proactively report important developments, potential issues and urgent matters
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with the consulting, marketing, finance and management teams
- Perform other related duties reasonably assigned by the Company.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification
- Prior experience in education consulting, client follow-up, education sales, school applications, visa processing or student services is preferred
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply, provided they are responsible, eager to learn and interested in developing a long-term career in the international education industry
- Strong written and verbal Chinese communication skills, as the position requires regular communication with Chinese-speaking students, parents and partner agents
- Good English reading, writing and communication skills, with the ability to understand documents issued by schools and government authorities and to write professional emails independently
- Strong customer service orientation, patience and a responsible attitude, with the ability to understand clients perspectives and resolve problems professionally
- Strong client follow-up and sales conversion skills
- Proactive, hardworking and willing to continuously learn about different schools, programmes and visa requirements
- Detail-oriented and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple student cases and application deadlines concurrently
- Good time management, execution, multitasking and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and commonly used online communication tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment during peak application periods.
Salary and Benefits
- Candidates without relevant experience: S$2,300-S$2,500 per month
- Candidates with relevant experience: S$2,800-S$3,000 per month
- The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, language proficiency, application-handling ability and interview performance
- Training will be provided in school applications, visa processing, client follow-up and the Company's internal operating procedures
- Sales commission incentives will be provided for successfully following up with and converting new clients, subject to the Company's commission policy

- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
