Job Description
- Responsible for risk analysis in Health, Safety, and Environment
- Constantly develop strategies for improvement of HSE within the plant
- Report HSE action plans to management team
- Give advice to employees and management team regarding SHE matters
- Ensure compliance to laws and regulations as well as safety standards
- Minimise risks in term of accidents, environmental damages, and harm to health conditions of workers
- Oversee HSE audits processes required annually
- In charge of document preparation ISO standard
- Ensure availability of equipment needed during emergency and compliance to action plans when incidents occur
- Ensure employees understand important of HSE standards through training and other initiatives
- Manage and coach the SHE team to perform in high-quality standards and work with work ethics
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in EHS at a management level
- Industry background from any industry (chemical is an advantage)
- Excellent command in English
- Enthusiastic and ambitious mindset with engaging personality
