Job Description

Job Title: EHS Supervisor

Location: No. 2, 4, Soi Sukhaphiban 2, Soi 31, Dokmai, Prawet, Bangkok 10250, Thailand

Reports To: EHS Manager

Job Summary

The EHS Supervisor is responsible for supporting and implementing the company's environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with Thai legal requirements, company standards, and international management systems. This role focuses on workplace safety, environmental compliance, risk prevention, employee awareness, and continuous improvement of EHS performance within manufacturing and operational activities.

The position works closely with production, HR, and contractors to promote a strong safety culture and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with company standards and Thai regulations.
  • Monitor compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental laws and related standards.
  • Conduct routine workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; perform root cause analysis and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate and conduct EHS training, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and employee awareness activities.
  • Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system implementation and maintenance.
  • Monitor environmental aspects including waste management, chemical handling, emissions, wastewater, and energy-saving activities.
  • Maintain EHS records, reports, permits, licenses, and legal documentation.
  • Prepare monthly EHS performance reports and analyze trends for management review.
  • Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, contractors, and external service providers regarding EHS matters.
  • Support emergency response planning and ensure readiness of emergency equipment and response teams.
  • Promote safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Assist management in achieving company sustainability and EHS objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in EHS, safety, or environmental roles in manufacturing or industrial operations. (Jewelry is preferable)
  • Knowledge of Thai occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Experience with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 management systems.
  • Registered Professional Safety Officer (Technical/Professional Level) according to Thai law is preferred.
  • Experience in incident investigation, risk assessment, and safety audits.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
