Coordinate, execute, and control assigned large-scale engineering projects, maintenance work, and calibration of measuring instruments to meet organizational objectives and timelines.
Control the work schedule of contractors and in-house electrical technicians to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare project proposal documents, status summaries, and detailed reports for projects, maintenance, and large-scale calibration work to support management decision-making.
Summarize monthly operational results against KPIs, including Root Cause Analysis and corrective action plans for non-conformances.
Process Improvement & Collaboration:
Collaborate with users to propose and implement system and machine efficiency improvements for electrical equipment, control systems, and measuring instruments.
Procurement & Contract Management:
Initial assessment and coordination with the Purchasing Department and users for the procurement of electrical/control equipment and the selection of subcontractors.
Coordinate with the Legal and Purchasing Departments for contracts exceeding one million Baht.
Safety, Environment, and Energy Compliance:
Strictly control work performance in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to Safety, Environment (3R Principle: Reduced, Reused, Recycled), and Energy Conservation (ISO 50001) to achieve zero accidents and zero environmental complaints.
Review and define variables that significantly impact energy consumption to control usage according to conservation measures.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 0-5 years of relevant experience.
Core Skills:
Strong knowledge in Engineering Work / Measuring Instrument Calibration.
Knowledge of Machine Maintenance and Facility Systems.
Proficient in using computer programs: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and basic PLC & SCADA.
Knowledge of integrated management systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001.
Possess leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
