Your Role
You will carry out engineering tasks, including performing BOQ calculations, designing single-line diagrams for solar system implementation, conducting site surveys to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs, and identifying technical issues and risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical layouts and system concepts for solar PV projects to support commercial proposals
- Prepare and calculate BOQ and BOM for each project
- Ensure all electrical designs, installations, and procedures comply with relevant standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements
- Support the sales team with technical consultations, system explanations, and feasibility assessments
- Present technical and financial benefits of solar solutions, including energy savings, payback period, and ROI
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure installations are delivered in line with approved designs, agreements, and safety standards
- Identify, engage, and manage B2B clients in industrial and commercial sectors
- Negotiate and close contracts in compliance with local regulations
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools (e.g. Bitrix24)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- 35 years of experience in solar energy, EPC, or PPA projects (technical, sales, or hybrid roles)
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions
- Experience with AutoCAD (intermediate level required); knowledge of PVSYST and SketchUp is an advantage
- Licensed Electrical Engineer (Thailand)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
- Able to drive and willing to travel up-country for site visits and client meetings
- Experience with CRM tools such as Bitrix24 is a plus
