- Improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement while working with advanced manufacturing technology and global engineering teams
Our Team
- You will work closely with Reliability Leader for maintenance and repair activities
What You Will Do
- Responsible for electrical system in manufacturing
- Assist maintenance planning to evaluate machine repair, plans and improvement
- Work with operation team and maintenance team to identify and execute opportunity for equipment improvement to prevent or minimize downtime
- Coordinate and work with equipment manufacturer and suppliers to provide support to operation team and maintenance team to improve repair effectiveness
- Work and coordinate with Global Team and external partners to understand and apply best practice and knowledge to maintenance and operation of our equipment
- Participate in the projects and capital processes representative maintenance and operations to ensure equipment is designed to be operated and maintained consistent with plant expectations
- Responsible for control and manage spare parts
- Conduct maintainability studies to understand and minimize MTTR
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Control, Instrument Engineer or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance roles for manufacturing
- Strong Analytical thinking, problem solving skills
- Proactive, Self Motivated, Fast Learner, Service Mind Mindset and Team work
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in PLC
