Job Responsibilities
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise electrical installation works at project sites.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and work progress.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
- Attend project coordination and site meetings.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
- Ensure all works comply with project specifications, statutory requirements and safety regulations.
- Prepare method statements, work schedules and technical documentation.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
- Assist in project planning, procurement and material coordination.
- Support testing, commissioning and project handover.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain proper project records.
- Assist with tender support, quantity take-off and cost estimation when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant working experience will have an advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical installation works and construction practices.
- Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willing to travel to project sites across Singapore.
