Responsible for routine maintenance of equipment in the assigned production area to ensure normal operation.
Assist the supervisor in developing annual maintenance plans, as well as monthly and weekly inspection and maintenance schedules, and complete maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
Assist the supervisor in establishing equipment management systems, maintenance systems, and equipment documentation.
Responsible for equipment management in the assigned area, conduct regular inspections and keep proper records; promptly handle abnormalities. Track equipment downtime, analyze causes of frequent failures, propose solutions, and ensure implementation.
Responsible for spare parts application and management; be familiar with critical spare parts in the assigned area.
Maintain proper records of all equipment maintenance plans, implementation records, inspection records, and repair records. Retention period shall be determined by the maintenance department in accordance with requirements and relevant regulations.
Assist other production lines with planned maintenance work.
Responsible for preparing equipment status reports for the assigned area and submitting them to the department on a monthly basis.
Handle external coordination and communication related to equipment in the assigned area.
Qualifications
College degree or above, major in Mechanical Design and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
