My client is looking for a Electrical Engineering Manager (Process Development) to lead the development of nextgeneration electrical measurement testers used in advanced manufacturing. This role plays a key part in shaping testing innovation, improving electrical measurement systems, and collaborating directly with engineering and crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovate & Develop
- Design and build electrical measurement testers for machine development, process optimization, and manufacturing applications.
- Improve existing measurement systems to enhance accuracy, stability, and performance in mass production environments.
Lead Technical Projects
- Oversee endtoend projects for electrical measurement system designfrom concept and prototype to full implementation.
- Ensure project milestones, performance specifications, and technical requirements are met.
Provide Expert Guidance
- Serve as the technical authority for electrical testing methodologies and equipment selection.
- Coach and support Process Development and Engineering teams with indepth electrical expertise.
Collaborate & Drive Alignment
- Work closely with customers, engineering teams, and crossfunctional stakeholders to understand tester requirements and process specifications.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to both engineers and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
- 1020 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Tester Development, Instrumentation, or related fields.
- Experience developing or leading the development of electrical testers is a strong advantage.
- Strong, handson experience in electrical circuit analysis and use of industrial electrical measurement equipment.
- Proficiency in electronic system design and electrical measurement system development for testing equipment.
- Ability to apply statistical analysis methods to evaluate measurement accuracy and system performance.
- Proficient with Windows software tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Minitab.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
