Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including LV/MV panels, MCCs, transformers, HVAC, compressors, and production machines.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities using CMMS.
• Perform electrical testing and inspections such as insulation, thermal imaging, and power quality analysis.
• Support machine installation, commissioning, and shutdown activities.
• Conduct RCA/RCCA for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor energy consumption and support energy-saving projects.
• Maintain energy data, EnPIs, and support ISO 50001 activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Facility, HSE, and external vendors for maintenance and energy projects.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety and industrial regulations.
• Prepare maintenance, energy, and audit reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution systems, MCC, transformers, and protection systems.
• Familiar with electrical testing tools and energy monitoring systems.
• Proficient in CMMS, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English.
