Your Impact

As an Electrical Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering electrical installation projects from planning through completion. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams, you'll ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

Lead Successful Project Delivery

• Coordinate and supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve technical and site-related challenges.

Drive Project Performance

• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, prepare monthly progress claims, and support financial forecasting.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimisation while maintaining quality and project objectives.

Be the Technical Expert

• Coordinate Testing & Commissioning activities to ensure systems perform as designed.
• Provide technical guidance on equipment selection, installation methodologies, and engineering solutions.
• Conduct operational training and system handovers for clients upon project completion.

Build Strong Client Relationships

• Represent the company confidently during technical discussions, progress meetings, and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Foster strong working relationships that contribute to successful project outcomes.

Promote Safety and Quality

• Work closely with the Safety team to implement and maintain Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards across project sites.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and applicable safety procedures.

Support Team Success

• Mentor junior engineers and site personnel by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
• Contribute to a collaborative, solution-focused working environment.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who has:

• A Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience managing electrical installation works within Singapore's construction industry.
• Experience delivering turnkey and Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical installation works and practical site coordination experience.
• Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Experience with AutoCAD and/or REVIT will be an advantage.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic project environment.
• Willingness to work primarily on project sites and, where necessary, adjust working hours to support key project milestones.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage where required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, consultants, or trade partners during project execution.
