Job Responsibilities:
- On-site Operation & Maintenance;Responsible for daily operation, maintenance, inspection, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment at project sites to ensure stable and safe operation.
- On-site Workforce Coordination;Coordinate and supervise on-site workers and subcontracted personnel, arrange daily tasks, and monitor work quality to ensure project execution according to plan.
- Customer Communication & Coordination;Act as the key on-site contact person with clients and owner representatives. Maintain effective communication regarding project progress, operation status, and after-sales matters.
- After-sales & Quality Issue Handling;Collect, analyze, and report equipment quality and after-sales issues from site. Work closely with engineers from China headquarters to resolve technical, quality, and service-related problems.
- Technical Support & Documentation;Assist headquarters in preparing technical reports, fault records, issue summaries, and continuous improvement suggestions.
- Other On-site Support Tasks;Support other technical or coordination tasks as required by the project.
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components; ability to read and understand technical documentation.
- Hands-on capability to perform maintenance and repair tasks at customer sites.
- Willingness to work under the management culture and working style of a Chinese enterprise.
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
