Responsibilities
As an Electrician - Level 3 here at Solstice, you will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. You will ensure that all work is performed in accordance with relevant codes and standards, contributing to the safety and efficiency of our operations.
In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and safety of our electrical systems, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and without interruption. Your expertise will help maintain the reliability of our electrical infrastructure, supporting the productivity and safety of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects on time and within budget
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Required 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair
- Experience with industrial electrical systems

- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience with PLCs and automated control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
