All about the role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electronic Firmware Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining embedded firmware for innovative electronic products and systems.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller-based systems.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to define system requirements and interfaces.
- Write, debug, and optimize code in C/C++ (and/or other relevant languages).
- Conduct unit and integration testing of firmware modules.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical input.
- Document firmware design, code, and testing procedures.
- Support product validation, troubleshooting, and field issues.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in embedded firmware development (e.g., ARM, PIC, STM32, etc.).
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
- Familiarity with hardware schematics and debugging tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.).
- Knowledge of communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, etc.).
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent English language is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
- Familiarity with wireless protocols (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, etc.).
- Knowledge of IoT platforms and cloud connectivity.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and testing.
- Understanding of EMC/EMI compliance and safety standards.
