All about the role:
Responsible for designing, developing, and executing electronic test procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications. Works closely with design, production, and quality teams to troubleshoot and validate electronic systems.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and fixtures for electronic components and systems.
- Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on electronic products.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design engineers to improve testability and product quality.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Document test processes, results, and prepare technical reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies and tools.
Who You Are:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 25 years in electronic testing or validation.
- Knowledge of electronic circuits, schematics, and measurement techniques.
- Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other test instruments.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluent English language is mandatory
- Experience in automotive or industrial electronics.
- Knowledge of international standards (e.g., IEC, ISO).
- Familiarity with EMC testing and environmental stress screening.
Where you'll be:
You will be working in Rayong Plant - Thailand on regular working hours and may be required to travel both domestic and international.
