Elevator Technical Engineer-Pre-sales

Main Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support during project initiation, including clarifications and solution presentations for sales/channel partners.

2. Conduct elevator/escalator configuration, hoistway layout, and civil requirement design based on architectural drawings and client needs.

3. Use AutoCAD to draft technical drawings (e.g., hoistway plans, machine room layouts).

4. Prepare technical proposals, quotation lists, and bid documentation.

5. Ensure compliance with Thai elevator safety codes, building standards, and VAT regulations.

6. Train sales teams and partners on product knowledge and competitor analysis.

7. Participate in technical negotiations for key projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

2. 5+ years of experience in elevator technical support, design, or configuration.

3. Expertise in elevator systems, configurations, and civil requirements; familiarity with major elevator brands is a plus.

4. Proficiency in AutoCAD and office software.

5. Strong technical documentation and presentation skills.

6. Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

7. Language: proficiency in English or Chinese is preferred for technical coordination with headquarters.
