Role Summary
As an Elite Sales (Account Management), you will own a portfolio of key accounts end-to-endbuilding trusted relationships, designing growth strategies, and consistently delivering revenue outcomes through renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion. This role is for high performers who love the sales game, think commercially, and execute with speed and discipline.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary commercial point of contact and strategic advisor
- Drive revenue expansion through structured account plans (upsell, cross-sell, renewal, expansion) with clear quarterly goals
- Identify decision-makers and manage stakeholders effectively to move opportunities forward and close deals
- Turn customer insights and data into winning commercial proposals, packages, and executive-ready recommendations
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and weekly/monthly forecasting with clear actions and measurable progress (CRM/reporting)
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Product/Operations/Marketing) in an Agile way to deliver outcomes on time and with quality
- Proactively manage expectations, resolve issues, and protect long-term relationships while keeping results front and center
What We're Looking For (Elite Candidate Profile)
- Academic Excellence: GPA 3.5+ and/or TOEIC 700+ (or equivalent proof of strong learning agility)
- Character DNA: Revenue Hunter mindset, strongly result-oriented, fast-moving with Agile DNA
- Track Record: Proven, measurable achievements (e.g., sales results, portfolio growth, awards, standout projects/leadership/activity star)
- Digital Skill (Must Have): Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and faster (e.g., meeting summaries, follow-up emails, proposals, account research, basic analysis)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a professional, client-facing presence
