Job Description:

  • Lead and execute employee engagement initiatives and company-wide activities to enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational culture, and reinforce company values.
  • Develop and manage employer branding and internal communication across all channels, including SharePoint/intranet, internal platforms, email communications, and social media, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
  • Create and produce creative content and media, including artwork, infographics, videos, and campaign materials, to support engagement initiatives and strengthen employer branding.
  • Serve as an AI Champion by integrating generative AI and automation tools into communication, content creation, and HR processes to optimize speed, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Support Learning & Development activities by assisting in training needs analysis, coordinating training programs (virtual and in-classroom), preparing learning materials, and supporting onboarding processes to ensure a positive employee learning experience.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive Employee Engagement Survey processes and translate insights into actionable programs to improve engagement and overall employee experience.

Qualification:

  • 1-3 years in Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Internal Communication, or related roles.
  • Experience driving engagement activities, culture programs, and internal campaigns.
  • Skilled in content creation (artwork, infographics, video) for communication and branding.
  • Familiar with managing multi-channel communication (intranet, email, social media).
  • Basic experience supporting L&D activities such as training coordination or onboarding
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, organizational culture, and employer branding
  • Good knowledge of internal communication strategies and employee experience design
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Intermediate skills in video creation/editing and multimedia production
  • Understanding of digital platforms and social media management
  • Creative thinking with strong storytelling and content development skills
  • Good project coordination and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
