Job Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to support a global HR compliance initiative. This role focuses on locating, organizing, and reviewing historical employee records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. The position requires strong organizational skills, persistence, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with regional HR teams.
Support may involve reviewing both digital and physical employee files, including records that may be archived or difficult to access.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee File Retrieval
- Locate and collect employee records from multiple sources, including digital systems and physical archives.
- Coordinate with regional HR teams to access historical and legacy records.
- File Review & Validation
- Review employee files for completeness and accuracy based on defined compliance guidelines.
- Identify missing, outdated, or incorrect documentation.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed tracking logs of retrieved, reviewed, and missing files.
- Report findings, gaps, and progress updates to project leads.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, compliance, and procurement stakeholders across different regions.
- Support issue resolution related to misfiled or incomplete records.
- Problem Solving
- Investigate hard-to-find or incomplete records.
- Escalate unresolved issues in a timely and structured manner.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HR administration, HR operations, records management, compliance support, or similar roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Comfortable handling confidential employee data in line with data privacy standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Experience supporting global or regional HR teams is an advantage.
