Dispute & Litigation Management: Directly handle labor disputes and represent the company in labor court proceedings.
Evidence & Case Preparation: Collaborate with Business Units (BUs) to gather facts, evidence, and relevant data to build a solid case.
Legal Drafting: Draft formal court statements, testimonies, and official clarifications for the Labor Department/Labor Inspector.
Field Representation: Travel to provincial Labor Offices or Labor Courts to provide statements and manage legal proceedings.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with other HR teams and BU heads to ensure clear communication and smooth handling of employee-related issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
Proven experience in handling labor cases, drafting legal statements, and providing clarifications to labor authorities.
Excellent command of Thai (written and verbal). Ability to write formal, persuasive legal documents.
Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving to various provinces to attend court or government offices.
Can-do Attitude: Enthusiastic about tackling difficult or complex cases.
Strong Communicator: Ability to coordinate effectively with BUs and other HR functions to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Able to stay calm and professional under pressure during disputes.
