Job Summary
Support network automation initiatives by developing, testing, and maintaining network monitoring systems and applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and troubleshoot programs using Python, JavaScript, UNIX script, SQL, and related technologies to support network automation and monitoring
- Create and maintain monitoring dashboards to improve network visibility and operational efficiency
- Manage and maintain network monitoring systems and tools to ensure reliable performance
- Integrate applications with system APIs to enable seamless data exchange and automation
- Modify and maintain existing programs by updating flow charts, programming logic, and code as approved
- Provide business-as-usual (BAU) support and implement enhancements to existing systems
- Collaborate effectively within the network team and work independently to meet project goals
- Develop applications in both Unix and Windows environments, applying knowledge of web technologies such as ReactJS, HTML, and CSS
- Apply basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, SNMP) to support network-related programming and monitoring tasks
- Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, UNIX script, and SQL
- Familiarity with web application technologies including ReactJS, HTML, and CSS
- Ability to develop software in both Unix and Windows environments
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP and SNMP
