  • Be CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) expert of assigned OEMs
  • To handle customer quality complaint
  • Lead internal team for troubleshooting process to identify the root cause till close loop corrective actions.
  • Responsible for poor quality cost improvement including both internal and external activities.
  • Responsible for building, maintaining, improving customer relationship.
  • Responsible for customer quality audit.
  • To train, coach and develop Customer Quality Engineer
