Key responsibilities in your new role
- Increase in responsibilities with competency level and technical expertise acquired through professional experience on the job according to targeted role
- Detail knowledge of assigned area to understand related functional area sin Frontend or Backend Production area. Knows supplier / customer process in assigned area and how performance affects success of the business
- Indirect supervisory responsibilities such as team lead (project based)and training / guidance of new technician Recommend solutions to moderate problems with information
- Communication skills to include documentation, presentation, team contribution, and training of technician. Performs all tasks and responsibilities of Entry Level Engineer
- Knowledge of performance that directly impacts own functional area with prescribed parameters and an indirect impact on related areas
- Contribution to continuous improvement programs via initiating &executing projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency, OEE in term of Speed, Cost & Quality Meet/Exceed KPIs (Avaibility, Reliability, Cost & Yield) for assigned equipment ownership
- Troubleshoot equipment failures, implement corrective action &preventive actions
- Responsible for start-up until RFP (release for production) of new or transferred used equipment to support production ramp
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electronic/Mechanic
- Job experience: Fresh graduate/Diploma with 5 years direct experiences in the functional area
- Extent of technical knowledge in own area: Good understanding of principles and concepts in own technical area based on extensive training and possibly some job experience
