Process engineering team who support Head Stack Assembly (HSA) manufacturing from new product launch to mass production phase. Widely work with cross functional team to monitor and improve product/process performance to meet cost, quality, and delivery matrix.
. Learn about HSA process, assembly flow, rework flow, tester, and automation machines . Work towards goals to reduce HSA scrap cost, improve rework yield and quality . Collaboratively work with cross functional team to accomplish goals with improvement project
. Open-mind and enthusiastic to learn new thing . Work well as individual and as a team . Good attitude . Good critical thinking skill . Able to work under pressure
. Working experience in Hard Disk Drive manufacturing and/or assembly process is preferable . Good technical knowledge in Mechatronic / Mechanical / Automation / Data Analytic . Good communication skill in Thai and English languages

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees.
