Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
. Experience in RC (Reinforced Concrete) and Wet Trade construction works.
. Familiar with Singapore construction practices and site management.
. Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
. Good communication and coordination skills.
. Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
. Station at construction site
. Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.
. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory to liaise with Mandarin speaking Customers and Colleagues
. Able to communicate and liaise well with main con and RTO / RE
. Handling technical and engineering issues.
- Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.
-Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.
. Liaison and meeting with client's representatives, relevant authorities
. Proficient in Microsoft Office
. Proficient in AutoCAD
