Job Description

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Plan, implement, and manage quality assurance processes in the semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Develop and execute test plans, process controls, risk assessments, and FMEAs (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis).
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (RCA, CAPA) investigations for process deviations, customer complaints, yield excursions, and non-conformance issues.
  • Analyze product and process quality data to drive continuous improvement, reduce defects, and enhance yield and reliability.
  • Coordinate and perform internal and external audits (ISO 9001/IATF 16949/VDA6.3).
  • Drive and support process changes.
  • Interface with customers and suppliers to address quality performance issues, requirements, and audits.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation: control plans, procedures, work instructions, inspection plans and SPC charts.
  • Train personnel on visual inspection procedures, quality concepts & mindset.

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Chemical, or related field).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in the electrical / semiconductor industry.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis tools and quality methods (SPC, DOE, GR&R, Six Sigma, 8D, etc.).
  • Familiarity with semiconductor device reliability, failure analysis, and qualification processes.
  • Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS).
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (Preferred)
