Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bangkok for an Engineering and Technical Director. The role involves comprehensively coordinating the company's engineering implementation and technical management work. Responsible for establishing and improving the company's engineering and technical management system to ensure that the technical solutions of all projects are leading, the engineering quality is reliable, and the delivery is efficient. The missions are:

1. Technical System Development: Formulate and update the company's engineering and technical standards, design specifications, construction technology standards, and quality and safety management systems.
2. Project Technical Management: Fully responsible for the technical management, design review, and optimization of the company's photovoltaic engineering projects (residential, commercial and industrial, and ground power stations).
3. Technical Solution Leadership: Lead the formulation and review of technical solutions for complex projects, and resolve major technical challenges during project implementation.
4. Team Technical Support : Responsible for providing technical support and guidance to the project management team, and overseeing the technical implementation and engineering quality at the project site.
5. External Resource Assessment: Manage and evaluate the technical capabilities of external design units, technical consultants, and equipment suppliers.
6. Team Building: Form, train, and manage technical teams to enhance the overall professional capabilities of the team.

Qualifications

1. Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in relevant fields such as power, electrical engineering, new energy, civil engineering, etc.
2. Experience Requirements : More than 3 years of technical or engineering management experience in the photovoltaic industry, with preference given to those with full-cycle technical management experience in photovoltaic projects.
3. Professional Skills: Proficiency in photovoltaic system design, electrical structure, etc., with familiarity with relevant Thai and international technical standards, specifications, policies, and regulations preferred.
4. Comprehensive Abilities: Possess excellent technical judgment, decision-making abilities, and the ability to solve technical problems throughout the entire project lifecycle; outstanding team leadership, communication and coordination, and cross-cultural management capabilities.
5. Language Requirements: Good English communication skills are required; those who speak Thai or Chinese are preferred.
6. Residency Requirements: Thai nationals or Chinese citizens who can work in Thailand long-term.
