Job Summary
Perform assembly builds and tests according to specifications while collaborating with engineers on experiments. Report manufacturing issues and support troubleshooting in a cleanroom environment with shift work.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly builds and conduct tests as scheduled following specifications, schematic drawings, and work instructions
- Collaborate with engineers to conduct experiments and support product development
- Identify and report manufacturing problems to assist Manufacturing Engineers in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Maintain cleanliness by performing housekeeping tasks and adhering to manufacturing discipline and cleanroom protocols
- Communicate and cooperate effectively with team members to achieve production goals
- Apply a quality and productivity mindset to ensure high standards in manufacturing processes
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- NITEC or Higher NITEC in Engineering with 1 to 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering with 1 to 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematic and mechanical drawings
- Capability to independently carry out assembly of fewer than 2 processes on a single platform
- Experience in Gas Box and Panels assembly for the semiconductor industry and related applications
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment under a rotating 12-hour shift system (8 am to 8 pm and 8 pm to 8 am) with shift rotation once a quarter or once every two quarters
- Familiarity with 3-4 / 4-3 shift patterns
- Comfortable wearing full jumpsuit with mask as working attire

WORK SCHEDULE & ALLOWANCE PAYABLE
- Day shift (8:00 am to 8:00 pm): S$15.00 per shift
- Night shift (8:00 pm to 8:00 am): S$30.00 per shift
- Transportation provided at designated pickup points
