Engineering Manager DevOps

Job Title: Engineering Manager – DevOps, DevSecOps & VM Infrastructure Platforms (Python)

Experience: 10–15 Years

Mandatory Skills

• 10–15 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years of people management
• Strong hands-on experience in Python and Bash scripting
• Expertise in CI/CD using Jenkins and GitLab
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform & Ansible)
• Experience with Git, version control, and branching strategies
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices including SAST, SBOM, Secret Scanning, and CI/CD security
• Experience leading engineering teams delivering DevOps/Platform Engineering solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience

Preferred

• Experience with RabbitMQ/AMQP
• Exposure to BDD automation frameworks
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development
• Experience in regulated or security-focused environments
