Our holding company, ID&E Holdings Co., Ltd. (ID&E), was officially established on 3 July 2023. The Consulting Business, Urban & Spatial Development Business, and Energy Business, which were previously the business divisions of Nippon Koei Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as NK) which is Japan's No.1 International Engineering Consultants in terms of size and turnover for consulting services, became independent as separate corporate organizations. Among these, Nippon Koei Energy Solutions Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as NKES) commenced its operations on 1 October 2023, drawing on the foundations of NK's DNA, the energy management, manufacturing, construction & installation, and electro-mechanical consulting fields have been retained; and we continue to provide one-stop services pertaining to energy.

Work Environment

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to support efficiently the expansion of our activities in Energy. You will be responsible to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through all phases of the projects and to coordinate closely with the Project Manager to reach the project developer's expectations. You will evolve in an international environment and you will work in close coordination with other teams throughout the company in order to deliver projects at the highest quality standards.

• You will be reporting to Head of Thermal and Engineering.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams for detail engineering design project.
• Work closely in consultation with project's stakeholders to oversee all engineering continuous improvement process, set priorities and deliver necessary targets to achieve the project's objectives.
• Set up internal process to ensure that all deliverables will be submitted on time with quality.
• Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and calculations across mechanical, electrical, civil, Piping, Process and control & instrument systems.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure all engineering work complies with international standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.
• Report preparation and client submissions.
• Contribute to proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and expansion of consulting services.

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Min 5 years of experience in the Thermal Power Plant or Petrochemical projects including project realization and follow-up; and project management, preferably for EPC services.
• Working knowledge of the engineering software tools and engineering standards.
• Good at planning concurrent assignments and you are a good organizer, even in unexpected circumstances.
• Solid analytical, problem solving and attention to details.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Fluency in Thai & English, both verbal and written skills.
• You are willing to travel for short term missions for project site visits.
• The position is based in Bangkok (Two Pacific Tower - Nana BTS Station).
