Engineering Manager - Product Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and drive our development team, architect scalable cloud infrastructure and oversee the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with hands-on expertise in full stack development, team management and cloud-native architecture across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development:

• Design and develop modern, scalable web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript

(React, Angular, or Vue) and backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java or .NET.

• Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrate with third-party services and ensure

application security.

• Optimize application performance and responsiveness across web and mobile platforms.

• Drive DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automated testing and infrastructure as code

(IaC).

Cloud Architecture:

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure

on AWS, Azure or GCP.

• Design and implement microservices, serverless functions and containerized solutions

(Docker, Kubernetes).

• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring and performance tuning of cloud

environments.

• Oversee cloud cost optimization, governance and compliance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in a technical

leadership or managerial role.

• Proven expertise in full stack development using modern frontend and backend

frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and architecture best

practices.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong understanding of DevOps, Agile methodologies, and SDLC.

• Experience in database design and optimization (SQL and NoSQL).

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert).

• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Familiarity with SaaS, multi-tenant architecture, or large-scale distributed systems.

• Knowledge of security and compliance standards.
