CASABAY Luxury Pool Villas by Stay includes 13 villas ranging from 250sqm 3-bedroom private pool villa to 500sqm 6-bedroom private pool villa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the hotel's preventive and reactive maintenance program for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Supervise the maintenance team, including engineers and technicians, ensuring timely completion of routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all hotel equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for the maintenance team and hotel guests.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to hotel systems and equipment, escalating major issues to senior management as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance data.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance without disrupting hotel operations, minimizing downtime and guest inconvenience.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, to identify areas requiring attention.
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and cost control.
• Train and mentor maintenance team members, promoting a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Provide input and support for hotel renovation projects and the installation of new equipment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience (5+ years) in a hotel or large-scale facility maintenance role, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory position.

Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques, equipment, and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.).

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Knowledge of local regulations related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
