About our group:

The Equipment Development Engineering (EDE) team is dedicated to delivering innovative equipment solutions and manufacturing technologies that align with Industry 4.0 standards. Our comprehensive process encompasses design, development, qualification, and integration. We specialize in automated machinery, tooling (such as Slider Electrical Test Socket--SETS and Minideck--MD), and process development for component testing systems, including Slider Dynamic Electrical Test (SDET) and Component Evaluation Tool (ComET).

About the role - you will:

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of equipment development projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally among design, process, test, and other engineering teams.
- Act as the focal point of contact between EDE and other teams.
- Resolve both technical and non-technical issues to maintain project momentum.

About you:

- B.S. degree or higher in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor assembly, electronics manufacturing, or related industry.
- Proven track record in managing engineering projects in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of 6 sigma and excellent communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) where PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Your experience includes:

- Experience with automation, equipment qualification, and factory implementation.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
