Position:Engineering Specialist
Employment Type:Permanent Role
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Shift-Based (Permanent Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
. Support process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly
. Monitor production yield and support troubleshooting of process issues
. Conduct data analysis and assist in root cause identification
. Implement containment actions when process excursions occur
. Support engineers in process control, KPIV/KPOV monitoring, and reporting
. Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and stability

Requirements:
. Diploma in Engineering or related field
. Fresh graduates with strong willingness to learn are welcome
. Able to work permanent night shift (3-2-2-3 rotation)
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
. Good communication skills in English
. Experience in manufacturing / precision engineering is an advantage
